National Three Peaks Challenge – Open option

Want to complete the Three Peaks Challenge but don’t have a team? Join ours and complete the Open Three Peaks with a group of like-minded adventurers!

Running on selected dates, the Open Three Peaks Challenge is perfect for individuals or smaller groups to join together to complete the Three Peaks Challenge. You’ll be part of a team of up to 12 walkers who will travel and walk together accompanied by two of our professional Mountain Leaders. Whilst it’s not an exact science, we’ll try to place you in a team with others of a similar fitness level.

On the morning of your Three Peaks Challenge we start with a comprehensive safety brief before setting off up the Pony Track to the summit of Ben Nevis and back to the vehicles for the 6hr drive to Wasdale Head for the ascent of Scafell Pike. Breakfast rolls and hot drinks await us at the base before we embark on the vehicles again for the 4.5 hour drive to Pen y Pass. Snowdon is the final leg of the three peaks challenge, and is ascended via the Pyg Track and descended via the Llanberis Path. On arrival at the finish you’ll be presented with a certificate to mark your achievement before saying goodbye to your teammates.
